Distinguishing Features<\/h3>\n

You can usually spot Jusaburo Kuruma by his broad shoulders and broad face, pointed chin, button nose and beady little eyes. He often has a mop of unruly hair on his head.<\/p>\n

A bit of an enigma, Jusaburo Kuruma seems to be the kind of guy who’s always just spoiling for a fight. As such, he’s usually cast in the role of the violent antagonist. He usually shows up as a high school thug or a soldier of some kind.<\/p>\n

Notable Roles<\/h3>\n

Kuruma Jusaburo made his debut as the judo master who infiltrates the Showa Shinsengumi – a nationalist terrorist organization in Chief Detective Kenichi <\/em>(1954-57). He then showed up in Meteor Prince<\/em> (1955-56) as the juvenile delinquent high school student, Fukai Urahai. He also pops up in the Astro Boy<\/em><\/a> (1952-68) chapter \u201cSubterranen Tank\u201d as General Sabloski.<\/p>\n
